Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Cottonwood Park in Sherwood Park, AB!

Welcome to the enchanting world of Cottonwood Park. Nestled in the heart of Sherwood Park, AB, this playground isn’t just any old park – it’s a natural wonderland. Its canvas of earthy colours, ranging from bright greens to warm browns, is reminiscent of the surrounding trees and fields. Its almost like Mother Nature herself has been brought to life!

Our two nature-themed play structures are sure to be a hit among kids! They come complete with slides for speed lovers, climbers for young mountaineers, and activity panels for curious minds. In addition, each play structure is designed towards a different age group (2-5 year-olds and 5-12 year-olds). From toddlers to tweens, kids of all ages will find something that appeals to them.

But, the real magic happens when these structures are connected in one, unified circuit! Consisting of two Fun Wheels, a Cargo Net, and our Versa Climb rock wall, the circuit provides an exciting way to traverse from one end of the playground to the other. Plus, its great for games of Grounders, where kids aren’t allowed to touch the ground.

However, the fun doesn’t stop here! This playground also boasts a variety of freestanding events for kids to explore. Insect-inspired spring riders, like our Dragonfly and Gallagher the Grasshopper, add to the park’s natural theme. If that’s not enough, thrill-seekers will love the blood-tingling excitement of our Stand n Spin and Wobble Sphere.

Furthermore, a two-bay set of Arch Swings with an Inclusive Swing Seat allows ALL kids to soar high into the sky. Lastly, wooden site furnishings provide a stylish, yet comfortable area for parents to supervise their child’s play. So, gather your little explorers and join us at Cottonwood Park – where every day is a new adventure waiting to be discovered!
