Argyll Community League
Incorporating lifelike wood and rock elements, this natural playground brings the great outdoors to you! Whether climbing to new heights, or swinging away the day, there will be new adventures to go on every time you play.
With an abundance of natural play activities, the Argyll Community League playground makes you forget that you’re even in the city. Featuring our flagship Nu-Edge Rock Wall and Naturtek Tree Climber, kids will be immersed in the natural beauty and realism this park presents. Down to the smallest detail, this playground provides tons of opportunities for creativity and imagination.
Older kids aged 5-12 will enjoy the many challenges this playground has to offer. From balancing on the Wishbone Climber, to muscling through the Inclined Crawl Tunnel, there’s no shortage of obstacles to conquer. To top it all off, a pair of Stainless Steel Slides deliver a fast and thrilling descent to the bottom of the playground, where kids can start their journey all over again.
For younger kids aged 2-5, there’s a variety of free standing events to keep them occupied. They can rock away on Gallagher the Grasshopper, go on a jeep safari in the Four Wheeler, or swing with a parent on the Generation Swing Seat. If that’s not enough, our Animal Sounds Panel will keep kids entertained with 8 unique wildlife calls.
In terms of accessibility, an ADA Transfer Station ensures that children in mobility devices have full access to the play structure. Additionally, an Inclusive Swing Seat allows children of all abilities to soar on our MaxPlay swing set. Lastly, our Engineered Wood Fiber surfacing promotes freedom and independence across the entire playground.
Imaginative play is also represented at the Argyll Community League playground through a Log Cabin Playhouse. Kids can pretend to be home owners and shop keepers, or simply cool off under the shade. Finally, the Log Cabin Playhouse is accessible from the ground level for all children to enjoy.
